Second trip to Liberty Science Center

Once again we joined the local homeschool group at the science center. We spent most of the time time in the iexplore area again. King sat quietly and was very interested in the Sub Zero: The States of Matter presentation.

Using super cold liquid nitrogen and common household items, Liberty Science Center educators demonstrate how and why things change from solid to liquid to gas to plasma. Guests will develop a better sense of the physical world around them through this “really cool” exploration of matter.

We made it up to the 3rd floor and got to see the Eat and Be Eaten area.Eat and Be Eaten is designed so little ones can get up close to the animals. Habitat windows are low and shaped so kids can easily discover the fascinating creatures that call Liberty Science Center home.We got to meet this little cutie who was successfully incubated at LSC.
